Prof. Kevin Burrage (Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australien) has been awarded the Humboldt Research Award, which will him allow to jointly work with the modeling and simulation group on research questions related to multi-scale and stochastic modeling and simulation and their applications to medical questions.
