Glenn Skrzypczak was awarded the INFO.RO Prize for the Best Master's Thesis in 2025

Glenn Skrzypczak has been awarded the INFORO Prize for Best Master Thesis 2025 for his master's thesis, "Benchmarking von Methoden zum Lernen von Chemischen Reaktionsnetzwerken aus Zeitreihendaten" (Benchmarking of Inference Methods to Learn Chemical Reaction Networks from Time Series Data).

He had already received the INFORO Prize for Best Bachelor Thesis 2024 for his bachelor's thesis, "Methoden zur Abmilderung des Medienbruchs zwischen VR und Desktop Visualisierung" (Methods for Mitigating the Media Break Between VR and Desktop Visualization).

With both his bachelor's and master's theses receiving the INFORO Prize, Glenn joins fellow members of the Modeling and Simulation Group who have achieved the same distinction: Pia Wilsdorf (Best Bachelor Thesis 2016, Best Master Thesis 2018), Justin Kreikemeyer (Best Bachelor Thesis 2021, Best Master Thesis 2023), and Anja Wolpers (Best Bachelor Thesis 2022, Best Master Thesis 2024). This remarkable record highlights the excellence of the group's junior members in research and academic achievement.
