Paper accepted by the journal "Frontiers in Applied Mathematics and Statistics - Mathematical Biology"

The paper "Learning Surrogate Equations for the Analysis of an Agent-Based Cancer Model", co-authored by Kevin Burrage, Pamela M. Burrage, Justin N. Kreikemeyer, Adelinde M. Uhrmacher, and Hasitha N. Weerasinghe, has been accepted for publication by the journal Frontiers in Applied Mathematics and Statistics - Mathematical Biology. It shows how automatically deriving coupled ordinary differential equations from simulations of an agent-based cancer model allows the mathematical analysis of the agent-based model's behavior.
